About

Software development in biology

I work at the intersection of software development and computational biology to build reliable systems for scientific workflows and data-intensive biology.

I am a software developer with a background in biotechnology and computational biology. My work focuses on building scientific software that provides meaningful insights from complex biological data, where accuracy, reliability and reproducibility matter.

I understand the biological complexity behind scientific workflows, but I approach problems as engineering systems, not one-off analyses. That includes robust and scalable software design, workflow execution, cloud and on-prem deployment, CI/CD, testing, observability, and software that can support real users in production.

What differentiates me is the combination of domain depth and engineering mindset: I can translate applied biology into maintainable software products, platform tools, and workflow systems that scale beyond research prototypes.
